Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping for all orders.
Shipments are sent from our warehouse in China.
Estimated delivery time:
• United States: 12–20 business days
• European Union Countries: 14–22 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to customs inspection, peak seasons or unexpected logistics issues.
3. Tracking Number
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number and tracking link.
You can track your package online.
4. Customs & Import Duties
Buyers are responsible for any local customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees that may be charged upon arrival in your country.
We will not cover any customs fees.
5. Undeliverable / Returned Packages
If the package is returned to us because of incorrect address, recipient refusal or unclaimed parcel, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
6. Shipping Exclusions
We currently do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a valid physical delivery address.
