Return & Cancellation Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), receives physical possession of the goods.
If the last day of the withdrawal period falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline will be extended to the next working day.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (email message). We will send you a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal request.
2. Return of Goods
You shall send back the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please note that international return shipping to our warehouse in China is at your own expense.
Items must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns if products are damaged, worn or incomplete.
3. Refund
We will carry out the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent back the goods. No restocking fee will be charged.
4. Cancellation for Unshipped Orders
You may cancel your order at any time before the order is marked as fulfilled (shipped). Once the order has been fulfilled, the cancellation will no longer be available and our return policy above will apply.
5. Exclusions
This return policy applies only to physical goods purchased on our website. Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
